Shipping Information

Shipping Timeline :

7-10 business days for RTS (processing).

6-8 weeks for Pre-Orders (production time).

Not including  the 10 day shipping window after pre- orders are complete. 

Once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a shipping label has been created for your order. Please allow 48–72 hours after label creation for tracking information to begin updating.

Once your package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, tracking updates and final delivery are outside of our control.  While we wish we could be there every step of the way, any delays or delivery issues that occur during transit are ultimately handled by the shipping carrier.
